This box with 6 high-quality lithographs was made in Austria in 1985. This facsimile edition was printed under the academic supervision of Prof. Dr. Rudolf Leopold, at that time an authority with regard to Austrian symbolic painting from the last century. The edition was limited to 1000 copies and each lithograph is stamped. This is number 636 / 1000. Each lithograph comes in the original passe-partout and has no damage whatsoever. The necessary certificates and documentation will be added. The lithographs were expertly preserved and have never been framed. Gustav Klimt (14 July 1862 - 6 February 1918) was an Austrian symbolist painter and one of the most prominent members of the Vienna Secession movement. Klimt is noted for his paintings, murals, sketches, and other art objects. Klimt's primary subject was the female body, and his works are marked by a frank eroticism. This high-quality publication will be safely packaged between two pressed panels and sent insured with track and trace. The box and brochure have some dust and age stains, but the lithographs are undamaged.
