Large abstract expressionist work by Contemporary Modern Cubist artist, Rudolf Svehla, signed lower right. Paper applied to linen matting, colorful geometric forms on predominantly red shading to blue field with center right large pale blue square. Svehla was born in Czechoslovakia and emigrated to the U.S. in 1969. He received his MFA from Montana State University in 1982. Svehla's work is in private collections nationwide, and he has had several one man exhibitions in Chicago beginning in 1983. Overall size: 42 x 77 in. Sight size: 35 x 70 in.
