Antique Russian Moscow two Cabochon Star Sapphire and 56 Gold (14K) Bar Brooch. Stamped 56 and the mark of assayer Nikolay Nikolayevitsh Korbitsky working in Moscow 1886-1887. Indistinct second mark, possibly maker. Larger sapphire measures 11.0mm diam. Measures 1-9/16" L, 3/8" W. Approx. weight: 8.4 grams. Condition: Very good antique condition.
