Rectangular, the hinged cover depicting Emperor Alexander I enthroning Minerva after the print Emperor Alexander I Returns Freedom to France above the inscription in Russian Restoration of France, the base nielloed with an architectural view. Length 3 1/8 inches (7.94 cm).
