S. Kirk & Son early 19th century footed silver salver

S. Kirk & Son early 19th century footed silver salver with floral repousse border. Chased floral design center. Monogrammed. Pierced leaf decorated feet. One foot slightly bent in and some small breaks in middle of decoration and near top of foot. One small break visible from front. Inscribed on base - "A Token From M.L. Nevins to G.L. Gibson M.D. 1830 AD". 10-3/8" diameter. 1-1/4" high.
