English, late 19th century. Victorian sterling propelling pencil in the form of a post box, hallmarked "S. Mordan & Co." c.1890-1898. 2'l closed, 3.25" open, with suspension ring.
Condition Report: Push/pull mechanism works (a little difficult to retract) but pin does not. Enameled sign has small flake bottom left, dark area of wear along band near bottom, tiny dent/scratch in top collar.
