Purchased from, and having a verso label from, Brett Mitchell Collections Inc., Cleveland, OH; label on verso of frame reading, "Copyright: Sam Gilliam 1987, produced and published by Vermillion Editions LTd. MPLS, MN 1982-87".
Condition Report: Art work appears to be in good condition as viewed under UV light in the unopened frame; the frame is only very slightly 'nicked'. rf
