Mounted on both sides, with key hole showing the artist's stamp, Sam Shaw Family Archives stamp and the printer Atelier Deriaz stamp on the back. Edition: 8/10 number written in pencil inside the Sam Shaw Family Archives' stamp. On the lower left side written in pencil #5. Framed. Condition: Very good, with small bubble on back of photo that doesn't come through the front. When asked about Sam Shaw, Marilyn said, "He always makes me look my best". When asked about Marilyn, Sam explained, "I just want to show this fascinating woman, with her guard down, at work, at ease offstage, during joyous moments in her life and as she often was - alone". Sam Shaw photographed Marilyn Monroe, up close and personal, on the grounds of her farmhouse in 1957. Printed in 2009.
