These sapphires prong set into a line necklace and center jointed medallion containing (54) round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.45 total carats of overall SI-2 clarity and H color. Terminating to a tension clasp with side arm safety wire. Stamped '18k'. With box.
