SATIN GLASS AND PAIRPOINT SILVER-PLATED MINIATURE JUNIOR BANQUET VASE LAMP, colorless glass drop-in font with satin finish, convex shoulder having molded floral petals with soft blue/green staining, fitted in a silver-plated base with open-work acanthus leaf pattern and overall floral and scroll pattern, underside marked "PAIRPOINT MFG CO. / NEW BEDFORD MASS. / QUADRUPLE PLATE / 77", No. 1 nickel-plated Taplin-Brown collar. Fitted with a silver-plated E. Miller Co. Boudoir slip burner, non-period and incorrect sized opaque white ball-form shade, and a colorless chimney. Late 19th/early 20th century. 15 5/8" H to top of shade, 10 3/4" H to top of collar, 4 1/2" SQ foot.
Excellent condition, font undamaged with some expected wear to decoration, stand undamaged with some losses to plating, collar with a light dent. Burner and chimney undamaged, shade fitter with flakes/roughness, some probably as made.
