Includes original box with great paper label, showing two kids waving at each other while riding scooters, marked "CK Japan". Pre-war, marked "Skooter" on both sides of tin litho base, nice colorful figure, wind-up mechanism works sporadically, slips occasionally. Provenance: From the Collection of William L.
