Brilliant mirror bore, retaining well defined rifling throughout. Grips are excellent, with few light superficial handling marks. Box shows mild exterior wear, but otherwise remains sound. Due to sales not meeting Colt's expectations, the Viper was quickly discontinued, with production only taking place in 1977, making this an exceptional example of a scarce Colt Viper revolver.
