SCHIRACH BALDUR VON: (1907-1974) German Reichsjugendfuhrer, head of the Hitler-Jugend (Hitler Youth) from 1931-40 and Gauleiter of Vienna 1940-45. A.L.S., Baldur, on two sides of a correspondence card, n.p., 6th March 1969, to Ed, in English. Schirach informs his friend that his sister will be staying at the Hotel Furstenhof in Wiesbaden for a few weeks, adding that her name is Frau Rosalind von Borisini-Hohenstern and commenting 'My sister is 70 years old but is very vital, healthy and in many ways fascinating'. Schirach also states that he is sending the first copy of his book from the Spanish edition and that 'You are going to receive a collection of ''Winterhilfswerk-Abglicher''', remarking 'Your German neighbours can explain their meaning to you.
