“School Days,” statue of an organ grinder, by well-known American sculptor, "John Rogers, New York, 1877," depicting a grinder and his monkey with two children who may be playing hooky. Crafted of stucco or "chalk" with metal reinforcement, these sculptures were the Norman Rockwell art of the Victorian period. CONDITION: Overall very nice example, with one small chip at the grinders hat brim. This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
