Scottish Victorian 10k and 12k yellow gold, carnelian and agate Dirk or kilt pin or brooch, second half 19th century, gemstones are faceted to resemble thistles, apparently unmarked. Tested for gold quality.

Provenance: From The Estate of Vectra Orkin Barnette, Atlanta, Georgia.

Approximate dimensions: h. 3.875", w. 0.5", d. 0.75". weight inclusive of all materials 19.5 grams.

Condition Report: Stable crack to large stone, small chips and surface wear both stones, visible glue residue to pierced gold on top stone, and scattered surface wear overall.
