Very large, rare vase by Legras. Pictured on pages 170, 248, and 249 of the book (see images) . This largest vase from the series "Goupy", named after designer Marcel Goupy, represents the thickly enamelled Art Deco vases of Legras. The light blue background is matt enamelled. At the front, abstracted flowers are enamelled in clean lines and with contrasting colours. In very good condition. The signature SD has not yet been identified.
