Condition Report:
Condition:
This work is in fairly good condition. There is overall damage alongside the outer edges of the celotex due to the rubbing, especially around the corners where there are losses to the medium, in particular a small corner section missing in the lower right corner and the lower left corner. There appears to be pinpoints of paint loss in the green sky in the upper right section and centre left edges. There is no restoration apparent when viewed under the UV light.
Colour:
The catalogue illustration is fairly accurate. The greens tends towards a lighter green in the original work.
Provenance:
Private Collection, Kuwait (acquired by the present owner in the 1960s)
