Last Quarter of the 18th Century. Together with an associated 18th Century chair. The set with serpentine crest above a pierced splat, carved with a Prince of Wales Plume, Drop-in seats on plain straight legs joined by plain stretchers. (Cond: one side chair with damaged leg and stretcher (repaired), another with a damaged arm, repairs, wear in areas to be expected, old finish)
