Executed in 1997, this work is unique.

Condition Report:
This work is in very good condition overall. All elements are present and stable. There is overall wear to the various elements, consistent with the age of the work. There is discoloration and a 1 square inch light stain to the flag component. There is a fine layer of dust throughout and to the crevices.
