The blade etched on both sides with two different scenes each depicting figures in an expansive landscape with traces of gilt highlights. The blade mounted in a blue enameled handle with gilt medallions, florals, and leaf tips. The collar of repoussé gilt silver modeled as roses and with indistinguishable marks and with similarly decorated finial. Together with its original silk-lined custom fitted leather covered case. Continental circa 1890. Length 8.5 inches (21.5 cm)
