SILVER-PLATE AND MOTHER-OF-PEARL SWIRL MINIATURE LAMP, urn-form font with lightly swirled panels and feathers to lower body, double-ring handles with lion head supports, pedestal foot with underside marked for Mappin & Webb "Prince's Plate / Rd. 71553", cased rose swirl air-trap mother-of-pearl shade with satin finish and scalloped rim. Fitted with a silver-plated Hink's & Son slip burner, colorless chimney. Fourth quarter 19th century.
Condition: Undamaged lamp and setup.
Size: 9 1/2" H to top of shade, 5 5/8" H to top of collar, 2 5/8" D foot.
