Simon Costin is the current Director of the Museum of British Folklore, something which he has keenly incorporated into his art in order to revitalise and celebrate the folk heritage of Britain. Initially trained as a set designer, his artistic prowess has seen him combine his passion for folk art and lore with some of the leading names in the fashion world, including Hermès, Swarovski, and a long-lasting partnership with Alexander McQueen.
