absolutely rare character doll, marked SIMON & HALBIG/IV, bisque porcelain socket head in especially good quality, subtle painting, closed mouth with dark red halfway line, brown sleepy eyes, upper and lower eyelash-ring, light blonde mohair wig with 2 tie up plaits, hair ornaments, tenfold jointed, unused jointed body with red Handwerk-stamp "Heinrich Handwerk" and below it "Germany", the fillin in breast area is still original preserved (to accentuate the chest, commonly for traditional costumes), complex worked original traditional costume from head to toe, 46 cm, around 1912, the item is located in Switzerland, in case of import into the EU customs duties and handling fees will arise
