Condition Report:
The canvas is original and undulates slightly. There are scattered areas of cracking and craquelure to the work, with some possible spots of associated lifting. There is a spot of loss towards the centre of the lower edge and a more minor instance towards the centre of the right edge, with possible further more minor instances elsewhere. There is slight frame abrasion and light frame staining. There is surface dust and dirt and studio detritus to the work.
Inspection under Ultraviolet light does not reveal any obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching.
The work is presented in a painted wooden frame.
