German, early 20th century (after 1918). Woman carrying large baskets of flowers under each arm, with elaborate ruffle layered gown. With Sitzendorf S stamp mark on underside.

Condition Report: Condition report at time of cataloguing: Minor chip to one ruffle in the front of skirt, and two ruffles on back of shirt. Overall in very good condition considering age, detail and fragility. Please see photos for further details.
