SMALL "HAUSMALER" COFFEE POT WITH AUGSBURG GOLD DECORATION Meissen, ca. 1720-25, with silver-gilt mount by Elias Adam, Augsburg.

Pear-shaped coffee pot with gilt handle and spout. Decorated in etched gold with landscape scenes with groups of figures and birds in flight, over gold lace consoles on both sides and with an Augsburg rim pattern. Domed lid decorated with foliage and strapwork decoration in gold and mounted with a gilt silver mount. Luster mark C. Marked EA.
H 17 cm.

Gilding slightly rubbed, minute chip to the spout.
