SERIAL 78978. BARREL 4". CALIBER 38 SPECIAL.. 1969-76. The Model 10 is probably the most produced and used revolver in the Smith line. Knows for it's reliability, it was standard fare on almost every police force in the country at one time or another. It features the heavy barrel, blue finish, six shot, fixed sights with case color hammer & trigger. Gun sports Pachmyer grips. Action works fine and bore is sharp. There is some finish speckling on right side of frame, average high edge cylinder wear with drag line and muzzle wear. A gun you can depend on. *
