SMITH & WESSON PRE-MODEL 14 K-38 MASTERPIECE

SERIAL K27582. BARREL 6". CALIBER .38 SPECIAL. MADE IN 1948. Early postwar 5-screw with matching numbers on barrel, cylinder and right grip. Features silver medallion diamond checkered magnum walnut grips, barrel rib, target adjustable rear sight, case color hammer & trigger with blue finish. Gun shows a cylinder line, light muzzle wear, scattered light high edge wear but still retains at least 97% original factory blue finish. Bore is sharp and grips are excellent. Timing and lock up are perfect. These early post war target 38's were some of the best ever made and that still holds true today. The action is as slick as butter and these guns are known for their accuracy. C&R*
