Additional Information: This is a most exuberant version of a popular mythological probably southern quilt design. Great colors in period prints that express the makers love of vibrant colors from the scrap box. With regular placement of some solid colors like red yellow Pink orange that elevate the design from random use of the scraps ovviously there was thought involved In their placement. There is one yellow patch that shows a little color bleed; does not affect strength or usability of this delightful example. In excellent conditio n except for patch that has minor bleed. The myth is that to sLeep beneath a snake path quilt is to prevent the eviL spirits from getting to you while you sleep heres your chance to try out that theory.
