A pair of Buddhist silk imperial temple banners each composed of a ruyi shaped panel and six suspending streamers with pointed ends, richly embroidered in colours and gold with five-clawed dragons and scrolling clouds. The top panel is cardboard reinforced and embroidered with a blooming lotus and peaches. Mid Qing, 19th century. L. 325 cm. (2)
