SPAIN TO PERU - DOUBLE FORWARDING AGENT COVER EX CADIZ VIA G.B. & TACNA AGENTS TO BOLIVIA; 24 July 1851 EL (v. thin paper; some folds neatly reinforced) from "Cadiz" to Arica endorsed "Pr. Steamer via Southampton" but posted prepaid "2/-" in London with a Forwarding Agent's note ("Cuadra Romero & Co., 24 Austin Friars" not recorded by Rowe) on the flap and having a faint blue "ARICA" arrival mark on the front. Then redirected to "La Paz" (Bolivia) charged "1½" with a very fine double-oval "JOSE Ma. DE VALLE/*TACNA*" FAC (not recorded by Rowe) across the join.
