Spanish-American War 5th Corps Headquarters badge with a red enamel center and a border of white enamel and blue enamel. The badge has a pinback attachment device with a C clasp. The badge measures .6875" x .6875". The badge is in excellent - near mint condition with no chips or damage to the enamel. During the Spanish-American War, the 5th Corps fought in Cuba and participated in the Santiago Campaign, Battle of San Juan Hill, Battle of El Caney, and the Siege of Santiago.
