Spanish-American War Era US Army Model 1895 dark blue fatigue blouse. Made by M.C. Lilley & Company of Columbs Ohio. Features infantry crossed rifles with the number "2" - loop back collar insignia is sewn to both sides of the collar. Cotton lined sleeves, metal hook-and-eye closure at neck and waist, with 8 covered buttons down the front . No name inside, but in the left breast pocket there is a Memorial Day program from a Maine G.A.R. unit discussing the 45th National Encampment, which would indicate the veteran wore this uniform to that memorial day exercise in the year 1911. Light discoloration to some of the braiding down the front and at the cuffs. Very Good
