Produite à partir de 1966, l'Alfa Roméo Spider a été un vrai succès commercial avec plus de 126 000 unités en trois décennies. D'abord sortie sous le nom Duetto avec une ligne pensée par Pininfarina, elle fut modifiée en 1969 et sa nouvelle silhouette fit repartir les ventes.
En 1987, peu après le rachat d'Alfa Roméo par Fiat, la marque développe en liaison avec Pininfarina les futurs Spider et coupé. La mise en production n'est décidée qu'en 1992 et le modèle sera présenté au Salon de Paris 1994.
Notre exemplaire est une version 2L avec une très chic peinture vert anglais.
Produced from 1966, the Alfa Romeo Spider was a real commercial success with more than 126,000 units sold in three decades. First released under the name Duetto with a design by Pininfarina, it was modified in 1969 and its new silhouette boosted sales.
In 1987, shortly after the takeover of Alfa Romeo by Fiat, the brand developed the future Spider and coupé in conjunction with Pininfarina. The production start was only decided in 1992 and the model was presented at the 1994 Paris Motor Show.
Our example is a 2L version with a very chic English green paint.
