SPIROU - Journal Collection, No. 128
Dupuis, 1972. Large quarto hardcover, yellow cloth spine, front cover illustrated in color.
A beautiful collection from the Spirou magazine, corresponding to the 128th issue of the magazine, published in 1972.
The cover, particularly evocative, depicts a scene of exploration in a lush jungle: Spirou, Fantasio, and Spip discover an imposing stone statue in an atmosphere of adventure bordering on the archaeological. The caption “700 pages of fun and adventure! ” highlights the richness of the content.
The front cover is particularly striking, with its palette of deep greens and its composition that evokes an “adventure novel,” making it one of the most appealing volumes in this series.
