Condition Report: Period gilt frame with some slight cracks and chips. MJ (Beautiful looking, very well done painting. As viewed under room light in the unopened frame: turns partially green so a complete UV analysis is not possible, however it appears that there is possibly circa 18% to 20% spotty overpainting including much overpainting in both faces; oil is thin in the face of the girl on the left; lined; slight edge of the painting scratches. Please note that since the condition of the artwork is as viewed in the unopened frame, removal of it from its frame may or may not reveal additional condition considerations over and above any that have been previously stated.
