9"h. c.1790s. Superb polychrome Liverpool jug bearing three transfers: ship, eagle & "WASHINGTON CROWNED WITH LAURELS BY LIBERTY". Well placed polychrome ornament in burnt orange, yellow, green & blue. Transfer/polychrome loss to Liberty's thigh, stray paint marks, spout chip,rim discoloration, two small interior spiderwebs which are not apparent on exterior, bottom rim chip.
