13/16" x 1" frame with a raised brass border holding a beveled edge glass cover over a hand colored steel engraved style portrait. His coat and hair are colored brown and his yellow vest matches the yellow background. This example is only the second we have encountered in 51 years and is a notably finer example than the first as it features outstanding color, only a single microscopic dot off the lower left beveled edge corner tip, and it retains the original "T" hinge, pin shaft and loop to secure the pin point.
