Cover is 205x160 mm; 8x6¼-inch sheet, mounted to 9½x7¼-inch cloth-backed cardstock. Others are 197x160 mm; 7¾x6¼-inch sheet, mounted to 9½x8¼-inch cloth-backed cardstock. Some illustrations have detailed graphite notations to printer and/or small sketches in the margins. Accompanied by preliminary mock-up of cover on onion skin mounted to board and nearly complete printed pages from book.
