Pair of large salt cellars in solid silver from the Louis XVI era. Beautiful Louis XVI decoration of cherubs holding a blank coat of arms with no monogram, (you could have it engraved with your initials or your coat of arms) , surrounded by wreaths of flowers and pilasters, feet in the shape of lion's feet. Our salt cellars are from the 18th century and bear the hallmarks of the Farmers General of Paris and the letter date U with a crown, for the year 1783. The liner bowls are cobalt blue glass. Length: 7. 5 cm Width: 5. 5 cm Net weight (without glass liners) : 71 g
