Lithograph by Salvatore Fiume, taken from the "Eight Novelle di Giovanni Verga" series. In 1985, in fact, the artist illustrated the eight short stories of the realist writer, with a style that was as realistic as possible so as to be able to convey the message to the observer. The edition consists of only two hundred hand-numbered copies, signed by Salvatore Fiume and marked with the edi. artes monogram dry-stamped on the reverse of the title page and on the eight plates. Image size 42. 5x59 cm, sheet size 50x70 cm.
