Keswick, Parsonage House', sheet size 145 x 246 mm (5 3/4 x 9 5/8 ins), neatly hinge-mounted in modern cream mount, typewritten label below the mount giving the artist's name and dates, and title 'Church [? St. John in the Vale] and Parsonage House, Keswick', together with:
Powerscourt Waterfall, on the River Dargle, County Wicklow, Ireland, pen and brown and black ink, with grey and brown wash on laid paper, inscribed to verso in brown ink 'Powerscourt', sheet size 145 x 245 mm (5 3/4 x 9 5/8 ins), neatly hinge-mounted in modern cream card mount, with typewritten label to verso giving the artist's name and dates and title 'Powerscourt on the Dargle, Co. Wicklow', plus:
