Sassicaia Bolgheri Superiore Tenuta San Guido 2016 - Super Tuscans - 1 Bottles (0.75L)
Sassicaia is undoubtedly one of the most famous Italian wines in the world. It comes from a particularly suitable 75-hectare vineyard, in which the parcels have different characteristics, with limestone formations and a high stony content, a particularity from which the toponym "saxicaia" probably derives. The land is exposed to the west and south-west. Fermentation takes place in steel, at a controlled temperature, with maceration on the skins for about 10 days. The refining of the Bolgheri Sassicaia DOC 2016 of the Tenuta San Guido takes place in French oak barrels, for 24 months, with subsequent stop in the bottle. Preserved in a natural cellar at a controlled temperature
