A lovely large antique Chinese porcelain Wanli saucer with an exceptional high quality central decoration of a balancing goose on a rock in a typical Wanli mountainous river landscape with lotus, executed in a nice underglaze blue and white. In the border a classical decoration of geometrical and floral patterns, buddhist treasures, swastikas, peaches. Handcrafted in ancient China during the Ming dynasty, Wanli period (1572-1620) . On the backside a decoration of stylized dots and circles. Guaranteed original and of the stated period. Diameter: 31,1 centimeter Condition: The object is in overall good condition, two small filled chips (one with hairline) , Y-shaped crack on the bottom, minute glaze fritting.
