Scarce Egyptian bronze amulet of Anubis, Late Period

A scarce Egyptian bronze amulet of Anubis, Late Period, c. 664 - 332 BC, standing on integral rectangular base and wearing a long kilt. The Jackal's head and ears are well defined, and the amulet bears a large loop at back. H: 2 in (5 cm). Thick olive green patina. Ex collection of Maj. James Findlay, Scotland, acquired in the 1950's-60's, thence by descent.
