Scarce Essay – Israel 1949 “Lion & Flag” Essay Proof, 20 Value, Light Blue-Green – Never Issued
A rare 1949 essay proof for an early Israeli flag stamp. It was printed by Rosenberg & Federbusch, Tel Aviv, from artwork by Josef Ross.
