Scarce Signed FD-21 Earthquake Handbill

This handbill has a central image of the Sonoma County Court House after the 1906 earthquake. It is quite difficult to find in top condition. These were printed on two different colors of paper. While this blue version is the more commonly seen of the two, it is still quite elusive.
