Condition Report: The painting was painted on a thin cotton/canvas and has been relined with several patches en verso and scattered inpainting detected throughout under UV light - much of which is well-integrated and correspondent with the patches. There are two flake losses- to the area behind the male figure's head and to his left arm. There is a small ~ 1 in x .25 in area that is threadbare with abrading to pigment in the lower center.
