Contemp. halfleather (chafed and bumped, cover with defects). - The illustrations are taken from, amongst others, as listed above. - Shows illustrations of mussels, snails, crabs, worms, spiders, flies, beetles, etc. - The plates are mostly pasted in as a whole, arranged by the corners and organised by theme or animal genus, and often bear brief handwritten notes in the margins. - From the library of Baron G.A. von Liebenstein. - Overall good condition.
