Nice Ming sculpture from China. The style is naive, carving crisp, the patina is beautiful and not uniform (you can see colours ranging from green to deep brown) . There are several holes due to age, remnant of lacquer (red) and an old restoration that can be see on the photos. A nice piece of history. All photos have been taken in natural light, without flash. Bought by my late father in the 80s.
